WHAT’S AN SEO ENGINEER? Part technical SEO, part software engineer — someone who builds and ships the systems that get a site found, not just the strategy behind it. Think crawl budgets, structured data, and AI-search visibility (GEO/AEO), backed by actual code.

This site is the opposite of that. There’s no strategy deck here — just a runner working his way back into shape, one training block at a time. I split my one site into four spaces because a single label was never going to hold everything I’m passionate about, and running deserved a home of its own.

I used to run consistently, and right now I’m rebuilding that base — the near-term goal is simple: get back to racing marathons, any marathon, like I used to. The long-term goal is bigger: three cross-country runs I keep coming back to — Cairo to Alexandria, Cairo to Aswan, and Aswan to Alexandria. Everything on this site — the training log, the gear, the numbers — is in service of getting there.
